A side wall extends upward from the bottom with the side wall positioned around a perimeter of the bottom. A top shelf extends radially inward towards the opening from the side wall with the top shelf extending over and being spaced away from the bottom. One or more slots extend from the top shelf to the opening. Each of the one or more slots includes a first section that extends into a lower surface of the top shelf and a second section that extends into a top surface of the bottom with the first section and the second section of each of the one or more slots being aligned to direct water to the opening.

A leadframe sheet is provided including a plurality of packaged DUTs including support members that connect to the packaged DUTs. The thermal pads are shorted to one another, and the leadframe sheet is trimmed for electrically isolating the pins from one another. A first electrical contact is provided to the thermal pad. Active pins of the plurality of pins are electrically contacted with a contactor. Automatic testing identifies shorts between the active pins and the thermal pad.
