  • Publication number: 20240101958
Abstract: The present invention concerns a novel human erythroid progenitor cell line, wherein at least 90% of the cells are CD36+ CD44?CD71+; and wherein the cells:—do not express the gene encoding the receptor of Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF-R gene) or express GM-CSF-R gene at a lower level than the cells of human UT-7/Epo-S1 cell line; and—express the gene encoding the receptor of erythropoietin (Epo-R gene). The present invention also concerns the uses thereof for producing, detecting, or quantifying parvovims B19. The present invention allows the use of the cell lines for 1) a highly sensitive B19 infectious particles detection, and, 2) the efficient production of infectious B19 particles.

  • Patent number: 10605423
Abstract: A lighting and/or signaling device, for a vehicle, including a light source positioned on a module assembled onto an optical device, the optical device and the module including a first reference mechanism including: at least one slideway mounted on the optical device, the slideway including an interior reference face placed opposite an interior guide face, and at least one extension extending from the module, the extension including a reference bearing face, opposite a contact face, the contact face including at least one contact point. The contact face is configured such that, when the extension has been introduced into the slideway along a direction of introduction, the contact face bears at the contact points against the interior guide face and, locally, at the contact point, the slideway and/or the extension are elastically deformed.

  • Patent number: 10401545
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a light optical guide, including the following steps: providing the optical guide extending in a main direction, the guide having an outer surface; producing along the outer surface of the optical guide, in the main direction, diffusing or reflecting patterns which can make the light exit the guide; and wherein the diffusing or reflecting patterns are produced by using a laser ray on the outer surface of the optical guide.
