  • Publication number: 20230134783
Abstract: An apparatus for coding a first connection partner and a second connection partner of a bayonet lock. The first connection partner has at least two locking arms for locking the connection and is arranged on a fluid line adapter. The second connection partner has a flange ring for guiding through the first locking partner with a number of recesses which corresponds to the number of locking arms for guiding through the locking arms and is arranged on an adapter receiving member. A first locking arm has a different geometry from the other locking arms. A first recess which is associated with the first locking arm has a compatible geometry for positioning the first connection partner and the second connection partner in a predefined position, and the additional recesses have a different geometry which is not compatible with the first locking arm. The apparatus further has a mechanical coding device.

  • Patent number: 11306857
Abstract: A fluid line connector provides remote securement detection capabilities and is hence equipped for initial assembly, subsequent quality inspection, and subsequent service techniques that can be automated, robotic, and/or autonomous. The fluid line connector, in an embodiment, includes a body, a radio-frequency identification (RFID) tag, and an actuator member. The body has a passage for fluid-flow therethrough. The RFID tag can communicate with an RFID interrogator and has a circuit with a break in the circuit. A portion or more, such as a surface, of the actuator member is composed of an electrically-conductive material. The electrically-conductive portion bridges the break when the actuator member is actuated.

  • Patent number: 11248728
Abstract: A line coupling having a housing which has a tube connection piece and a housing head. A passage duct extends from a first opening, which is formed by the tube connection piece, to a second opening, which is formed by the housing head. A tube connection structure is arranged in the passage duct. The tube connection structure is connected in a form-fitting manner via first coupling means to a first end of an inner tube which extends out of the housing head through the second opening. The section of the passage duct between the first opening and tube connection structure and inner tube form a flow duct for fluid. A container is also disclosed having a container housing which forms a container hollow space and a container opening. The container opening is formed by an outwardly projecting connection piece, and has a line coupling.

  • Publication number: 20170291489
Abstract: The invention relates to a drainage connector (1) having a cup-shaped housing (2) which comprises a housing base (3) and a housing wall (4). A connection geometry (5) is arranged on the outside on the housing wall (4) for inserting into a container opening, wherein an inlet pipe (9) of an inlet side (7) is guided to an outlet side (8) through the housing base (3) and an annular collecting chamber (10) is formed between the inlet pipe (9) and the housing wall (4). In order to discharge denser fluid which can accumulate in the collecting chamber, the housing (2) has a discharge channel (11), which leads from the collecting chamber (10) to the outlet side (8) and can be closed from the outlet side (8). The drainage connector is intended to be producible in a cost-effective manner at low cost and to have a low mass.

  • Publication number: 20120291905
Abstract: Connector for a fluid line, a fluid line and a method of forming a fluid line. The connector includes a housing having an outlet opening through which at least one auxiliary element is guidable out of the housing, a pipe connection connectable to a pipe, a connection geometry connectable to a counter element, and an elastomeric body structured and arranged so that the at least one auxiliary element is guidable therethrough in a passage direction. The elastomeric body is structured so that, in the event of an application of pressure parallel to the passage direction, the elastomeric body expands perpendicularly to the passage direction.
