  • Patent number: 9228585
Abstract: An eccentric screw machine (10) demonstrates a Stator (11) having an inner lining (17), which demonstrates teeth projecting inwards. The tips of these teeth are provided with micro-ribs (26 to 29), which are embodied asymmetrically with respect to the radials (R). They preferably demonstrate a flatly rising edge (30) and a steeply falling edge (31). This thus results in improved operating performance, depending on the direction of rotation.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 21, 2013
Date of Patent: January 5, 2016
    Assignee: Wilhelm Kachele GmbH
    Inventor: Bruno Kachele

  • Patent number: 7909591
Abstract: An eccentric screw pump or an eccentric screw motor has a rotor formed from at least a tubular jacket with at least two layers. The outer layer of the jacket consists of a material that is abrasion-resistant and/or corrosion-resistant.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 7316268
Abstract: Invention refers to a method for conditioning wellbore fluids and to a sucker rod to accomplish the method used in the field of petroleum production. The method the invention refers to involves fact that the injection of the conditioning fluids is done directly through the sucker rods, from the surface, concomitantly pumping (producing) the well, being possible that the conditioning fluid be distributed either in the producing tubing or in the wellbore, or even in the reservoir rock around the wellbore, concomitantly pumping the well. The sucker rod designed for the application of the method is made of steel and it has two sucker rod heads (1) which are tubular, welded to the ends of a tube (2) made of steel, thus forming a continuous tube through which a fluid can flow or an electric or optical cable can be pulled through, or set inside.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 8, 2002
Date of Patent: January 8, 2008

  • Patent number: 6716008
Abstract: An eccentric screw pump or motor which includes; stators (3) having an elastic flexible coatings (32) which forms a helical bore with teeth (37) and tooth gaps (38) and a rotor (4) disposed for rolling movement in the bore and being formed with teeth (35) and tooth gaps (36) which are engageable with the stator bore. To enhance performance over a wider range of operating temperatures, the bore defined by the elastic flexible coating is formed with a plurality of waves (4) and grooves (39) which, like the teeth (37) and tooth gaps (38) of the bore are helical, but which have dimensions in both the circumferential and radial directions that are smaller than the dimensions of the teeth (37) and tooth gaps (38) of the bore.
