Publication number: 20240110422Abstract: A door swing control device comprises a bracket affixed to a door, a pivoting element pivotably affixed to the bracket, and a swinging catch mechanism mounted directly or indirectly to the structure. The pivoting element comprises a finger extending therefrom and is engaged with the bracket to limit a range of movement of the pivoting element relative to the bracket. The finger is engageable with the swinging catch mechanism to limit a range of movement of the pivoting element relative to the swinging catch mechanism and thereby selectively limiting a range of movement of the bracket relative to the swinging catch mechanism. When the finger of the pivoting element is engaged with the swinging catch mechanism, the door is held in the first open position. When the finger of the pivoting element is disengaged from the swinging catch mechanism, the door can swing between the first and second open positions.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 13, 2023Publication date: April 4, 2024Applicant: QUESTAR GAS COMPANY dba DOMINION ENERGY UTAHInventors: CARTER WORTHEN, Bryan YAP, Cameron ANDERSEN, Jessica RULE, Todd Allen BAYLIFF

Publication number: 20180010596Abstract: System and method for dispensing product to a washing machine. A chemical dispensing system includes a system controller, machine interface, and pump controller that communicate through serial data buses. The system controller provides a user interface, retrieves washing machine status information from the machine interface, and issues product dispensing commands to the pump controller. The pump controller monitors pump status and dispenses product in response to commands from the system controller. The pump controller: (1) determines pump activation periods based on calibration data stored in a pump controller memory; (2) tracks pump usage and adjusts the activation period to compensate for pump wear as the pump ages; (3) disables the pump if conditions exists that preclude operating the pump; (4) monitors product levels, and (5) reports pump status to the system controller. Integral channels are included in the pump housing to provide stress relief to a squeeze tube.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 22, 2017Publication date: January 11, 2018Inventors: Terry Tincher, Sean Lafferty, Jason McDaniel, Bryan Andersen

Publication number: 20120125867Abstract: A flushable filter for use in filtering water in a chemical dispensing system has a screen selectively placed in a water flow passage with water flowing from one side of the screen therethrough to a separate side and then to a filtered water outlet. In a flush mode, water is directed along and past the one side of the screen to flush filtrates therefrom and to a flush water discharge outlet.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 23, 2011Publication date: May 24, 2012Applicant: Delaware Capital Formation, Inc.Inventor: BRYAN ANDERSEN

Publication number: 20060274499Abstract: A welding apparatus having an easily replaceable fan and a method of replacing the fan is disclosed. An opening is formed through the front panel of a welding-type power source to correspond to the profile of a cooling fan. The opening allows the cooling fan to pass therethrough unobstructed. Once inside the housing of the welding-type power source, the fan is positioned to generally occlude the opening and is then mounted to an inner surface of the front panel by a fastener secured through the front panel and into the fan.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 6, 2005Publication date: December 7, 2006Inventors: Bryan Andersen, Jeffery Gadamus

Publication number: 20060081577Abstract: A mid-plane baffle or plate having a fan mounted thereto to dissipate heat within a welding machine is provided. By centrally positioning a baffle and mounting a circulating fan thereto, cooling efficiency is improved thereby enabling more direct cooling of the internal components of the welding machine. The baffle also reduces the critical volume of the welding machine and allows the fan to operate more efficiently and pull an increased amount of cooler ambient air through the machine which creates a greater cooling effect during the cooling cycle of the machine. The baffle placement also improves welding start performance by operating as a barrier between the high frequency/high voltage components and the PC board (control electronics) of the welding machine. The baffle also improves flexibility of component placement within the welding machine.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 15, 2005Publication date: April 20, 2006Inventors: Bryan Andersen, David Werba
