    Abstract: An integrated pump and manifold assembly includes a support structure, a manifold assembly mounted on the support structure, and one or more frac pumps. The manifold assembly includes one or more low pressure lines and a high pressure discharge line including a discharge outlet configured to fluidly couple to a wellhead. The one or more frac pumps are each mounted on the support structure and include a frac pump inlet and a frac pump outlet. The one or more frac pumps are configured to be in fluid communication with the one or more low pressure lines and the high pressure discharge line. The one or more low pressure lines, the high pressure discharge line, and the one or more frac pumps are integrated as a single unit and mounted on the support structure.

    Abstract: An electrically-actuated linear pump includes a linear actuator housing coupled to a screw housing. A rod is configured to linearly translate within screw housing and the linear actuator housing, the rod includes a threaded portion disposed axially between a first plunger portion and a second plunger portion. A linear actuator is disposed within the linear actuator housing and includes a drive mechanism in meshed engagement with the threaded portion of the rod, the meshed engagement operable to linearly translate the rod, the linear actuator being electrically-actuated. The pump includes a first fluid end and a second fluid end disposed opposite the first fluid end, each fluid end configured to receive and discharge a fluid. Translation of the rod toward the first fluid end discharges the fluid from the first fluid end and simultaneously draws the fluid into the second fluid end.

    Abstract: A hydraulic drive system is employed to transfer energy generated by a diesel engine to a frac pump. The hydraulic drive system includes a gearbox comprising a plurality of gears being coupled to and driven to produce rotational movement by the diesel engine, at least one hydraulic pump coupled to at least one gear of the gearbox, and operable to, driven by the rotational movement of the at least one gear of the gearbox, force a fluid at high pressure into at least one high-pressure fluid conduit, and at least one hydraulic motor coupled to the at least one high-pressure fluid conduit to receive the high-pressure fluid, and operable to transform energy in the high-pressure fluid to a rotational movement, which is used to power and drive a plurality of plungers in the frac pump.
