  • Patent number: 11516300
Abstract: A system, method and program for localizing web page interfaces via asynchronous data and automatic binding. The system, method and program employ a terminal for use with a communication network. The terminal comprises a server that is configured to bind web page core data representing a web page with locale data local to the terminal to create web page data. The locale data pertains to a location in which the terminal is disposed. The server is further configured to bind different locale data with the web page core data to create modified web page data.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 30, 2016
Date of Patent: November 29, 2022
    Assignee: HUGHES NETWORK SYSTEMS, LLC
    Inventors: Bryan Gillespie, Wing Zhen
  • Publication number: 20210245914
Abstract: A container and a method of producing the container are disclosed, wherein the container is formed of a laminate having a base layer and a sheet.
    Type: Application
    Filed: February 8, 2021
    Publication date: August 12, 2021
    Applicant: Berry Global, Inc.

  • Patent number: 11089139
Abstract: A system and method for aggregating representational state transfer (REST) API response fields, the method including receiving, via a satellite link, a schema including field definitions, where each of the field definitions includes an endpoint and a field. The method also includes retrieving, for each of the field definitions, the respective field from a result of invoking the respective endpoint; and aggregating a package including each retrieved field. The schema and the package may conform to a JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) schema format.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 13, 2019
Date of Patent: August 10, 2021
    Assignee: Hughes Network Systems

  • Patent number: 9985721
Abstract: A very small aperture terminal (VSAT) installation tool is provided having the ability to measure cable loss along an interfacility link (IFL) between an outdoor unit and an indoor unit of the VSAT. Radio frequency (RF) signals can be transmitted from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit, where the RF signals are intercepted along the IFL prior to reaching the outdoor unit, and the output power is determined. The determined output power is compared to an expected output power at the indoor unit. The delta between the determined output power and the expected output power can be used to adjust the power of the indoor unit such that the outdoor unit can operate without reaching its compression point. The determined output power can be extrapolated based upon measured of the output power performed over a range of frequencies at which the indoor unit operates.
