The fuel supply system may further include a fuel pump controller disposed between the ECU and the low-pressure fuel pump to control the low-pressure fuel pump. A control method of the fuel supply system may include detecting the number of revolution of the engine and the load, setting the desired fuel pressure, and feedback controlling the low-pressure pump.
