  • Patent number: 10598141
Abstract: An electromagnetic actuator includes an armature which has a stop face, and a pole piece which has a counter stop face, wherein the stop face and the counter stop face in terms of geometry are configured so as to be mutually complementary such that the stop face and the counter stop face in a movement of the armature toward the pole piece engage in one another, displacing a medium which is disposed between the stop face and the counter stop face. An electromagnetic valve may include the electromagnetic actuator, and a high-pressure fuel pump may include the electromagnetic valve.

  • Publication number: 20180223783
Abstract: Example embodiments relate to an electromagnetic actuator having an anchor which has a stop face, and having a pole piece which has a counter stop face, wherein the stop face and the counter stop face in terms of geometry are configured so as to be mutually complementary such that the stop face and the counter stop face in a movement of the anchor toward the pole piece engage in one another, displacing a medium which is disposed between the stop face and the counter stop face. The embodiments furthermore relate to an electromagnetic valve which has the electromagnetic actuator, and to a high-pressure fuel pump which has the electromagnetic valve.

  • Patent number: 9903357
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device for a high-pressure pump for a motor vehicle comprising a valve housing and an actuator assembly arranged substantially along the central axis of the valve housing. The actuator assembly may include a recess extending from a first end. The actuator assembly may include at least one hydraulic compensation opening extending through a wall of the actuator assembly from the recess into an exterior region. It may also include a volume body in the actuator recess spaced apart from the actuator assembly and extending into a region of the at least one hydraulic compensation opening. The volume body may be immovable relative to the valve housing. The actuator assembly may move along the central axis relative to the valve housing and relative to the volume body.

  • Patent number: 9719472
Abstract: A valve arrangement for a high pressure pump includes a pump housing with a depression, and a valve housing configured to be inserted in the depression, and a clamping disc. The valve housing has at least one radial projection with a first axial boundary surface and a second axial boundary surface arranged opposite the first axial boundary surface, wherein the clamping disc extends radially over the radial projection of the valve housing and has a third axial boundary surface that corresponds with the second axial boundary surface of the valve housing. On the circumferential side, the clamping disc has a thread that can be screwed into a thread on the inner side of the depression to brace the valve housing onto the first boundary surface.
