  • Patent number: 10791630
Abstract: A printed circuit board having conductor tracks formed on one side of a substrate. The substrate is able to be cohesively bonded at a contact face to a cover for protecting the conductor tracks. In this case, the substrate includes a step, which forms a barrier with respect to an auxiliary material for promoting the cohesive bond, in order to prevent any wetting of the conductor tracks with the auxiliary material. A sensor having a printed circuit board for use in a fuel filling level measurement system of a vehicle.

  • Patent number: 6003904
Abstract: A plastic closure cap (1) produced by injection molding for a fuel tank of a motor vehicle is provided, within the region of fuel lines which extend through it, with bushings (6, 7) of a temperature-resistant material of low thermal conductivity. Polyphenylene sulfide containing a proportion of mineral and/or of glass fibers or polyacetate reinforced with glass fibers is suitable for instance as material for the bushings (6, 7).

  • Patent number: 5527163
Abstract: A holding flange (5) is detachably connected on its bottom to a coupling part (7) within a fuel chamber (2). A flexible hose (8) leading to a sucking-jet pump (9) and a spring action arm (10) for holding the sucking-jet pump (9) down on the bottom of the fuel chamber (2) are fastened to said coupling part (7). For mounting and removal, the coupling part (7) can be separated from the holding flange (5) together with the structural parts fastened to it.

  • Patent number: 4918575
Abstract: The invention relates to a protective device for the wiring field disposed on a backplane (8) of a subassembly carrier (2). According to the invention, a U-shaped lateral section (16) is provided, at the one leg (18) of which a strip-shaped fastening extension provided with cutouts (22) and to the other leg (26) of which a receptacle (28) provided with a longitudinal channel (30) are attached. The lateral parts (6) of the subassembly carrier (2) are detachably connected in the vicinity of the rear transverse bars (4) to a U-shaped lateral section (16) in such a manner that the U-shaped lateral sections (16) enclose the wiring field of the backplane (8). A wiring shield plate (32) folded longitudinally is connected detachably to the lateral sections (16) by fastening elements (34) via the receptacle (28) in such a manner that the wiring field of the backplane (8) is enclosed.

  • Patent number: 4879434
Abstract: A subassembly case (2) including a sheet metal shield (10) consisting of electrically conductive material, having venting holes (12), and being supported by recessed shoulders (18,20) on front and rear members (6, 8) of the subassembly case (2) to which it is detachably connected. The sheet metal shield (10) is flat and provided with holes of rectangular shape which are arranged in two rows (28, 30) and with their short sides (32) next to each other along a bearing area (14, 16) of the sheet metal shield (10). The sheet metal shield (10) is connected to the shoulders (18, 20) of the members (6, 8) by means of V-shaped fastening spring clips (34) each consisting of electrically conductive material and provided with lateral projections (36). In the snapped-in position of the fastening spring clips (34), the leg (40) of each fastening spring clip (34), designed as a detent hook (42), grips behind the respective shoulder (18, 20) of the front and rear members (6, 8).

  • Patent number: 4699594
Abstract: The invention concerns a plug-in and disconnect aid device for plug-in subassemblies of a mechanical arrangement which can be inserted in rack subassemblies, wherein a lever by means of an end piece is connected to a subassembly in such a fashion that the axis of rotation of lever is positioned vertically to the insertion plane in the end piece and wherein the lever is designed to release a lock element. In accordance with the invention, the lever is designed as a connecting member which by means of a guide is positioned in a guide of a first fixed-mounted arm of end piece; that parallel to the first arm; there is a second arm having a locking projection spring-mounted in such a fashion that its guide edge mates with guide piece; that the guide is designed such that a swivel action of lever is converted into a motion of the second arm parallel to the insertion plane; and that lever is designed with a keyway whose outer edges are designed as projections.
