  • Publication number: 20240118718
Abstract: A pressure-reducing valve including a valve support with at least one through-flow channel, and a pot-shaped valve body which is displaceably guided against a restoring force from an open position into a closed position at a guide journal which protrudes into the pot-shaped interior of the valve body. In the closed position, the valve body rests via a peripheral edge of its pot shape against a valve seat provided on the valve support, so that the valve body closes at least one channel opening of the at least one through-flow channel. At least one wiper lip protrudes at the inner circumference of the pot of the valve body and/or at the outer circumference of the guide journal, and the wiper lip moves close to or rests against the outer circumference of the journal or the inner circumference of the pot of the adjacent component.

  • Patent number: 11168796
Abstract: To improve the switching characteristics of a sanitary switchover valve (1) it is suggested that a valve piston (6) of the switchover valve (1) is designed in such a way that a fluid which flows in through a valve inlet (3) of the switchover valve (1) into a valve body (2) of the switchover valve (1), both in a first switching position (7) and in a second switching position (8) can flow around a connecting element (12), which forms a middle section of the valve piston (6), on all sides. To this end, it is envisaged that an outer diameter (15) of the connecting element (12) is smaller than an outer diameter (17) of a second end section (14) of the valve piston (6), where the second end section (14) is arranged in the region of a second valve outlet (5) of the valve body 2.

  • Patent number: 8100235
Abstract: A controllable hydraulic bearing for damping vibrations in a defined frequency band is proposed, which includes an elastomeric body (1), two chambers which are filled with a magneto-rheological fluid and connected with one another by at least one channel (2), with the chambers having at least partially flexible chamber walls, wherein the buckling spring rate of the chamber walls represents a measure for a pressure change due to the volume displacement between the chambers, and at least one electromagnet which generates a magnetic field in the region of the channel (2). According to the invention, the magnetic field in the region of the channel (2) is an inhomogeneous magnetic field.

  • Patent number: 7703754
Abstract: A limit stop with an elastomer resilient element, which is to be secured on a door or lid and/or on an opposing stationary vehicle section for damping forces generated when the door or lid strikes stationary chassis parts of a motor vehicle. The limit stop includes an additional damping section disposed adjacent to and cooperating with the elastic resilient element in a spring deflection direction of the resilient element. The damping section comprises at least two chambers filled with a fluid and a nozzle plate arranged between the chambers with at least one channel extending through the nozzle plate and connecting the chambers. The fluid is displaced from one of the chambers into the other chamber during a spring deflection of the elastomer resilient element, thereby producing a pressure force which is caused by the buildup in pressure when the volume of one of the chambers decreases and augments the return force of the resilient element.
