  • Patent number: 7150706
Abstract: A machining station, at least one machining unit, in particular a tool spindle, being provided for the machining of workpieces. The workpiece is approached to a discharge point and picked up there by a workpiece carriage. The workpiece carriage moves the workpiece for a machining to the machining unit or moves the workpiece during its machining through the machining unit.

  • Publication number: 20050177265
Abstract: The invention refers to a transfer line which comprises several stations serving for the machining of workpieces, and the stations being connected to each other by a conveying line on which the workpieces, respectively the workpiece carriers carrying the workpieces, are conveyed from station to station. The invention is characterised by the fact that at least one of the stations is designed inherent stiffly, preferably as hook machine, and the station is equipped with an autonomously working station control which controls the working processes of the station.

  • Publication number: 20050061612
Abstract: The invention refers to a production line comprising at least two machine tools which machine work pieces. The work pieces are conveyed on a supply line from a conveying line to the machine tool. After machining the work pieces are conveyed by a removal line from the machine tool to a conveying line. Supply line and removal line are arranged in different levels one above the other.

  • Publication number: 20050001128
Abstract: The invention refers to a device for clamping goods, in particular pallets carrying work pieces, in machine tools during machining. The device comprises several clamping bolts which interact with corresponding recesses of the good. During clamping the good simultaneously the position, respectively the orientation, of the good is determined by introducing the bolt in the recess.

  • Patent number: 4247065
Abstract: A carrying wing having a movable flap, an outer skin of plastics formed continuously without gap from the carrying wing surface to the flap surface, the skin being designed as a thin flexible membrane spanning the transition zone between the carrier wing surface and the flap surface. The skin is secured to the carrier wing surface and to the flap surface at respective positions thereon, and cam guides serve as bearings, which on actuation of the flap, cause the securing position of the membrane on the flap to follow a track which is at least approximately spiral shaped, in order to control the securing position of the membrane on the carrying surface.
