    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a vehicle driving control apparatus and a method. The apparatus includes an engine configured to generate a power; a clutch positioned between the engine and a transmission and configured to selectively connect the engine and the transmission; a state detector configured to detect state data to control a driving of a vehicle; and a controller configured to determine a stopping line based on a difference between the vehicle and a stopping line when an entry condition is satisfied based on the state data, determine whether a driving control condition is satisfied based on a lighting color of a traffic signal light positioned at the stopping line and the stopping line distance, confirm a deceleration rate depending on a clutch engagement when the driving control condition is satisfied, and control a clutch to decelerate a vehicle speed based on a stop prediction position depending on the deceleration rate.
