Abstract: A discharge part structure of a compressor is disclosed. In the compressor comprising a cylinder assembly having a suction flow path and a discharge flow path, a Z-plate in the cylinder assembly for dividing an inner space into a plurality of compression spaces and for making a fluid be sucked, compressed, and discharged by being rotated by a motor unit, and vanes contacted to both sides of the Z-plate for dividing the respective compression spaces into a suction region and a compression region by reciprocation, an oil filtering space or a buffering space having a predetermined volume is formed at an outer side of a discharge flow path of the cylinder assembly. According to this, oil mixed with a fluid can be efficiently separated when the fluid is discharged, and vibration noise can be minimized.

  • Publication number: 20030138340
Abstract: A cylinder assembly of a compressor includes: a cylinder having a cylindrical inner space partitioned into a first space and a second space as partition plate of a rotational shaft is inserted thereinto and a step insertion portion formed at both sides thereof in a ring shape; a first bearing having the rotational shaft coupled at a central portion and being inserted to be coupled into the step insertion portion formed at one side of the cylinder so as to cover the inner space of the cylinder; and a second bearing having the rotational shaft coupled at the central portion thereof and being inserted to be coupled into the step insertion portion formed at the other side of the cylinder so as to cover the inner space of the cylinder. A dead volume is reduced and thus a re-expansion loss of a refrigerant gas can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20030108438
Abstract: A compressor including a cylinder assembly having a compression space through which suction passages and discharge passages are connected, a rotation driving unit inserted into the compression space of the cylinder assembly to transfer a rotation force, a slant compression slanted plate installed in the compression space to divide the compression space into at least two parts and rotating by being connected to the rotation driving unit, and vane units attached on both sides of the slant compression plate to classify the partitioned compression space into a suction space and a compression. With this construction, a vibration and a noise can be reduced and a stable driving force can be obtained even with a relatively small capacity electric motor. In addition, since fluid can be compressed and discharged simultaneously in both sides of the slant compression plate, an excellent compression performance can be accomplished in a simple structure.
