Only one swath is needed for the entire dielectric layer, saving time and production costs, while providing a superior quality layer. Accordingly, since the dielectric paste is applied along the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the display electrodes, it is advantage that tack time and the number of cleaning the nozzle is reduced.

The align marks are left fully remaining such that they are easily discernible, thereby making sealing and other processes easy.
