The fastener collar comprises an annular flange defining a peripheral edge defining the orifice, the annular flange including an inner flange wall and an outer flange wall that join together at the peripheral edge, the outer flange wall forming an outer dome having a top where the peripheral edge and the orifice are formed, the inner flange wall forming an inner dome having a top where the peripheral edge and the orifice are formed.
