Abstract: The present invention provides a sock construction comprising: an outer sock layer, an inner sock layer and at least two securing lines. The inner sock layer is provided inside the outer sock layer, and the outer and inner sock layers comprise outer and inner restraining straps on openings thereof respectively. The outer and inner restraining straps are attached to each other such that the inner sock layer is sleeved into the outer sock layer, which are stitched together as one by the securing lines. The outer sock layer is of silk or waterproof material with patterns thereon; whereas the inner sock layer is of such as cotton, wool or fabric with functionalities including: exothermic warm retention and dry.
