Abstract: A gas density relay check device and a check method thereof are provided. In check, a temperature adjusting mechanism and a gas density relay are relatively set. Temperature rise and fall of a temperature compensation element of the gas density relay is adjusted through the temperature adjusting mechanism, then the gas density relay is enabled to have a contact signal action. A gas density value is obtained according to the pressure value and the temperature value in the contact action. A contact signal operating value of the gas density relay is detected to check on the contact signal operating value of the gas density relay. The gas density relay check device of the present disclosure is capable of accurately checking gas density relays, and is particularly applicable to a gas density relay without a three-way valve, and check can be achieved without disassembling the gas density relay.

Abstract: A virulence factor FsPL gene from the sugarcane pokkah boeng disease and use thereof are provided. The virulence factor FsPL gene from the sugarcane pokkah boeng disease has a sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1. The present invention reveals a gene FsPL that is related to the pathogenicity of F. sacchari. Preliminary analysis shows that the deletion of the gene affects the ability of hyphae to penetrate and further affects the pathogenicity of pathogens. This provides a basis for the molecular mechanism of the pathogen infection and pathogenic process.

Trace profiles are associated with the nodes on which the local worker agents reside. At a first host computer, the method identifies and stores (i) multiple time values associated with several packet processing operations performed on a particular packet sent by a first machine executing on the first host computer, and (ii) a time value associated with packet transmission through the SDDC network from the first host computer to a second host computer that is a destination of the particular packet. The method provides the stored time values to a set of one or more controllers to process to identify multiple latencies experienced by multiple packets processed in the SDDC.
