  • Publication number: 20230230121
Abstract: Methods, computer-readable media, systems, and/or apparatuses are provided for providing offer and insight generation functions. User input requesting an offer or insight may be received and an image of a photographic identification of a user may be requested. The image of the photographic identification may be captured and stored. A self-captured image of the user may be captured (e.g., via an image capture device of the computing device) and compared to an image of a user from the photographic identification. Responsive to determining that the images match, displaying an instruction to capture a vehicle identification number. The vehicle identification number may be captured. Data, including location data, may be extracted and an archive including the extracted data may be generated and the data may be transmitted to an entity computing system for processing. The entity computing system may evaluate the data and generate one or more insights and/or outputs.

  • Publication number: 20230185993
Abstract: The disclosed technology provides solutions for improving simulation environments. In some aspects, a processor may be configured to select one or more location properties associated with a simulated road environment for testing an action of an autonomous vehicle. In some cases, the processor may identify a plurality of geographic locations having the one or more location properties associated with the simulated road environment. In some examples, the processor may generate the simulated road environment using map data associated with a first geographic location selected from the plurality of geographic locations. In some aspects, the processor may test the action of the autonomous vehicle using the simulated road environment.

  • Publication number: 20230185992
Abstract: The disclosed technology provides solutions for managing states of a simulated environment. In some aspects, a processor may be configured to provide a simulation environment for an autonomous vehicle (AV), wherein the simulation environment is associated with a plurality of simulation parameters each having a corresponding value dependent upon a state of the simulation environment. In some cases, the processor may determine at least one function for assessing a value of each of the plurality of simulation parameters at any time within a simulation time period. In some examples, the processor may receive a first query for a first value of at least one simulation parameter from the plurality of simulation parameters at a first time within the simulation time period. In some cases, the processor may return the first value of the at least one simulation parameter at the first time based on the at least one function.

  • Patent number: 11564696
Abstract: A medical bandaging and tourniquet system for use in dressing puncture wounds is provided. The medical bandaging and tourniquet system includes a primary dressing, a secondary dressing, a band, a tightening buckle, a retaining clip, and a tightening rod. The primary dressing serves as a main wrapping bandage that mounts the secondary dressing and tourniquet components together. The secondary dressing removably attaches to the primary dressing and serves as a bandage that can be installed onto minor wounds. The band connects to the primary dressing, serving as an elastic tourniquet band. The tightening buckle and the retaining clip are connected to the primary dressing. The tightening rod is positioned between the tightening buckle and the retaining clip. The primary dressing straps tightly along a wound though the tightening buckle. The strap is further compressed by turning the tightening rod. The tightening rod can then be secured to the retaining clip.

  • Patent number: 11538057

  • Publication number: 20210357458
Abstract: Techniques are provided for automatically generating a real-time notification associated with a job posting. In one technique, in response to receiving a job posting, a plurality of saved searches that includes a first set of criteria and a second set of criteria is identified. For each saved search, a job posting is added to a first subset of saved searches if the job posting satisfies the first set of criteria. For each saved search of the first subset, a saved search is added to a second subset of saved searches if the job posting satisfies the second set of criteria. For each saved search of the second subset, a notification associated with the job posting is automatically sent to a computing device of a user associated with each saved search of the second subset.

  • Publication number: 20200104875
Abstract: Methods, computer-readable media, systems, and/or apparatuses for providing offer and insight generation functions are provided. In some examples user input may be received requesting an offer or insight via, for example, a mobile device of a user. Identifying information may be received and may include a self-captured photograph of the user. The identifying information may be compared to pre-stored user identifying information, such as an image of a user from a photographic identification. If the self-captured image matches the image from the photographic identification, the user may be authenticated and a communication session may be initiated between a computing system storing pre-stored location data associated with the mobile device of the user and the mobile device of the user. The location data may be extracted and transmitted to another computing system of an entity. The other computing system may process a portion of the data and may present a first insight to a user.
