  • Publication number: 20240161131
Abstract: Systems and methods for handling incoming calls using numeric scores associated with each caller. When an incoming call is received, a numeric score associated with the caller is compared to a predetermined value. Based on the comparison, the call can be redirected to an automated/autonomous system or presented to a human for further analysis. In some embodiments, the numeric score is displayed to the human when the call is directed to them. The numeric score represents a probability that the call will generate income for the call recipient. The numeric score is generated based on analysis of past data and interactions between the caller and the call recipient. The analysis preferably uses machine learning methods and a trained machine learning model that outputs the numeric scores. Methods of generating the numeric scores using a trained machine learning model and of training the machine learning model are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20210209621
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus including computer programs encoded on a computer-readable storage medium and a method for determining certain characteristics of an incoming customer's profile and for providing smart recommendations to a business regarding the customer in real time are disclosed. The system discusses a system where telephone devices are connected to a computing system with CRM database. The computing system manages the communication systems such as telephone and uses the same to identify details of an incoming caller or further allows to update or add new customer's information. The system furthermore presents a graphical user interface presenting the analytical details of the incoming caller along the score generated by machine learning techniques to present up to mark customer support services.

  • Patent number: 10531555
Abstract: A tungsten trioxide thermal shield for electronic components in a gun launched munition includes tungsten trioxide grains suspended in a binder. The thermal shield is made such that a tungsten trioxide rich layer is adjacent the electronic component and a binder rich layer opposes the tungsten trioxide rich layer.

  • Patent number: 9508140
Abstract: A method and system are proposed to obtain quantitative data about the shape of a biological structure, and especially a heart ventricle. A set of three-dimensional input meshes are generated from MRI data. They represent the shape of a ventricle at successive times. The input meshes are used to generate a set of three-dimensional morphed meshes which have the same number of vertices as each other, and have respective shapes which are the shapes of corresponding ones of the input meshes. Then, for each of the times, shape analysis is performed to obtain a curvedness value at each of a plurality of corresponding locations in the morphed meshes. The curvedness value may be used to obtain a curvedness rate at each of the locations, indicative of the rate of change of curvedness with time at each of the locations.
