    Abstract: The present invention concerns an immunogenic composition comprising (a) an antigenic moiety, preferably an antigenic moiety being or comprising an amino acid sequence corresponding to a surface protein domain of SARS-CoV-2 virus; and (b) a liposomal formulation as an adjuvant. More specifically, the antigenic moiety preferably is either the receptor binding domain RBD of Spike protein S of SARS-CoV-2 virus, or the HR domain of S2 subunit of spike protein S of SARS-CoV-2 virus; or an immunogenic fragment thereof.
