An external air plenum forms both an engine-air intake channel and a rearward cylinder cooling channel by coupling (e.g., directly attaching) the external air plenum to an air filter. The external air plenum defining a forward-facing inlet port and an engine-facing outlet port (disposed over a portion of the rearward cylinder) with the two channels in fluid communication with the inlet port.

Abstract: A method is provided for creating a foundational instructional design model for shareable content object (SCO) by pre-defining a semantically structured reusable learning type (RLT), and joining individual or repeated RLT's with sequence or choice indicators to form an instructional design model. The instructional design model is itself a semantically structured document that can be used and reused to create SCOs.

An alarm signal transmitter is operable on occurrence of the defined event to transmit an alarm signal incorporating the coded signal to a receiving station, which may be a satellite, which relays the message to the emergency center, including the positional information relating to the location of the transmitter. A relatively low power homing signal transmitter simultaneously transmits a homing signal either continuously or at periodic intervals.
