    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a deep neural network (DNN)-based reconstruction method and apparatus for compressive video sensing (CVS). The method divides a video signal into a key frame and a non-key frame. The key frame is reconstructed by using an existing image reconstruction method. The non-key frame is reconstructed by using a special DNN according to the present disclosure. The neural network includes an adaptive sampling module, a multi-hypothesis prediction module, and a residual reconstruction module. The neural network makes full use of a spatio-temporal correlation of the video signal to sample and reconstruct the video signal. This ensures low time complexity of an algorithm while improving reconstruction quality. Therefore, the method in the present disclosure is applicable to a video sensing system with limited resources on a sampling side and high requirements for reconstruction quality and real-time performance.

    Abstract: A novel sweat absorbing textile electrode comprises a textile electrode body and an electrical coupling member, the textile electrode body comprising a conductive foam and a conductive fabric wrapped around the conductive foam, the electrical coupling member being fixed on the conductive fabric; wherein a through hole is provided on the conductive fabric on the side in contact with the human skin. The textile electrode has a light weight, small size and soft texture. It fits on the skin, has good air permeability, and is capable to absorb sweat, which can prevent short circuit between electrodes caused by sweat and be used for collecting bioelectrical signal when sweat comes out from human body. It may also be applied in bioelectrical signal monitoring in high temperature, high humidity environment, and during daily exercise.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a replication-limited mucosal immune vaccine for influenza virus. The present invention first protects a mutant protein, which is obtained by mutating two amino acid residues of NS1 protein of influenza virus as follows: the amino acid residue at position 38 is mutated from arginine to alanine, and the amino acid residue at position 41 is mutated from lysine to alanine. The present invention also protects a recombinant virus, which is obtained by mutating the codons encoding two amino acid residues of NS1 protein in the influenza virus genome as follows: the codon for the amino acid residue at position 38 from the N-terminus is mutated from the arginine codon to an alanine codon, and the codon for the amino acid residue at position 41 from the N-terminus is mutated from the lysine codon to an alanine codon. The present invention also protects use of any one of the above-mentioned recombinant viruses for preparing a vaccine for influenza virus.

    Abstract: A method of resistance spot welding and a spot-welded workpiece assembly are provided. First and second metallic workpieces are provided, each having faying surfaces including interface portions. The workpieces are disposed with the interface portions of their faying interfaces spaced apart from each other by a predetermined spacing distance. A set of opposed welding electrodes including a first electrode and a second electrode are provided, the first electrode being disposed on a side of the first workpiece, and the second electrode being disposed on a side of the second workpiece. Pressure is applied to the workpieces via the weld faces of the electrodes, and the workpieces are heated via the electrodes to form a spot weld joint between the interfaces of the faying surfaces. The faying surfaces may be spaced apart with shim material, a raised or folded-over portion of a workpiece, and/or a filler material having spacing particles.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for recoating an RTV anti-pollution flashover coating on an insulator coated with the RTV anti-pollution flashover coating. The insulator includes an insulator body, a steel cap connected to an upper surface of the insulator body, and a steel pin connected to a lower surface of the insulator body. The method includes: (1) wiping off dirt on a surface of the insulator; (2) determining whether the insulator can be recoated; (3) performing coating by using an RTV anti-pollution flashover coating with the content of solid being 55%-65%. After coating is performed, a newly coated anti-pollution flashover coating can be closely adhered to a surface of the insulator, swelling does not occur, adhesion of the coating with respect to the insulator is not reduced, the hydrophobicity of the surface is recovered, and non-reduction of a pollution flashover voltage of the insulator is ensured.
