    Abstract: A new method and system cold brewing espresso is described. The system employs an in-line percolator filter housing and a liquid pump. After an initial brew, the pump is configured to pump the coffee through the coffee grounds within the filter housing multiple times, in order to achieve the desired flavor and caffeine intensity via cold brewing. The coffee is finely ground to approximately 80 microns to best achieve the percolated result.
