A pull hose connected to the end of the water outlet extends from the support mechanism port into the support mechanism, the water outlet mechanism has a guide means, the inner wall of the support mechanism has a guide groove, wherein the guide means includes a leading portion extending from the outer rotary wall of the water outlet mechanism and at least one auxiliary portion, the height that the leading portion extends out of the outer rotary wall is greater than the height that the auxiliary portion extends out of the outer rotary wall. The inner wall of the support mechanism has a portion for recessing the guide groove and a rest portion, the guide groove leads to the support mechanism port and forms the guide groove inlet.
