  • Patent number: 7276275
Abstract: A laminated material including a decorative or functional cover layer laminated to a porous material layer. The cover layer may include a rigid, semi-rigid or flexible material and the porous spacer material layer may include a reticulated foam, nonwoven textile, or a spacer fabric. The cover layer is laminated onto the porous material layer, increasing the seam strength, durability and dimensional stability of the material.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 22, 2004
Date of Patent: October 2, 2007
    Assignee: Highland Industries, Inc.
Inventors: Michael Schindzielorz, Jimmy Pruitt, Carl Wagner
  • Publication number: 20070134464
Abstract: A material comprises a cover layer and a porous material layer. The cover layer may include a rigid, semi-rigid or flexible material and the porous spacer material layer may include a reticulated foam, nonwoven textile, or a spacer fabric. The material is configured to have a high air flow rate upon an application of a pressure, and good compactability.

  • Patent number: 5523938
Abstract: A system of protection for an AC/DC hybrid electric power generation and distribution system having an AC portion comprising at least one source of AC power producing AC current coupled by first power feeders to a DC portion comprising at least one AC to DC converter producing DC current, the DC current being coupled by second power feeders to utilization equipment, comprises AC current sensors producing current sense signals proportional in magnitude to the AC current and DC current sensors producing current sense signals proportional in magnitude to the DC current. The AC current sensors define an entrance to a zone of protection, and the DC current sensors define an exit from the zone of protection. The AC and DC current sense signals are relationally compared to detect the presence of a differential current fault within the zone of protection.

  • Patent number: 4221251
Abstract: A billfold of utmost simplicity and practicality, produced in only two operations, comprising a folded blank and having separate bill and credit card compartments. The bill compartment allows a portion of the bills to project beyond the body of the billfold so that a desired bill can be grasped and removed without opening up the billfold; a tab covers the projecting portion of the bills. Another tab which forms the end of the credit card pocket can be unfolded to allow access to the credit cards.
