  • Patent number: 11951071
Abstract: A massage pillow configured to be positioned over a fluid jet includes a cushion and a retaining assembly. The cushion includes a front surface, a rear surface, and side surfaces extending there between. The rear surface includes an annular edge defining an opening providing access to an interior of the cushion sized to at least partially cover the jet. The retainer assembly includes an opening configured to align with the jet and a peripheral edge configured to retain the annular edge of the cushion. The retainer assembly is configured to be removably fixed to a wall surrounding the jet with the jet aligned with the opening of the retainer assembly and the opening of the cushion, such that fluid expelled from the jet passes into the interior of the cushion, so that the pillow provides massage and/or warmth due to the expelled fluid.

  • Publication number: 20200260916
Abstract: An extendable jet assembly for a liquid-filled container includes a housing configured to be positioned in an opening in a wall of the container. The housing includes a proximal end configured to be connected to a liquid conduit, a distal end connected to the opening in the wall, and a sidewall extending therebetween. The jet assembly also includes an extendable jet at least partially mounted in the housing defining a liquid channel extending between a proximal end and a distal end thereof. The jet includes a valve at least partially disposed in the liquid channel of the jet. When the valve is open, the jet is configured to transition from a retracted position to an extended position. When the valve is closed the jet is configured to transition from the extended position to the retracted position.

  • Patent number: 8082951
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a diverter valve and a method of providing debris resistance in a diverter valve. The diverter valve can include a valve housing defining a valve chamber and at least an inlet port and an outlet port. The diverter valve can include a flow diverter extending into the valve chamber and pivotally coupled relative to the valve housing about a pivot axis defined through the valve chamber. The flow diverter can include a main portion extending into the valve chamber and a plunger portion disposed outside of the valve chamber. The main portion can have a diverting wall radially spaced apart from the pivot axis. The flow diverter can include a rib extending radially inwardly from the diverting wall toward the pivot axis. The diverter valve can also include at least one wing member positioned within the inlet port and secured relative to the valve housing.
