Abstract: A Wet processing machine for rope-formed textile product comprises a closed vessel and a Venturi-Transport jet system, which can be impinged to a transport medium current, in order to drive an endless fabric rope circulating in the vessel in a pre-determined rotation context. The transport jet system has a nozzle annular gap through which the transport medium flows, which is restricted on the one side by a nozzle cone with a passage channel. Winding devices are provided upstream of the transport jet system in the fabric rope movement path. Further, devices are available, which serve the application of a processing liquor on the fabric rope in a segment of the fabric rope movement path, which lies between the area of the winding device and the nozzle annular gap of the transport jet system.

The transport nozzle systems have at least two separate transport nozzles arranged one beside the other axially, for each one of the respective rope-materials, whereby the transport nozzles are placed in a common transport-medium (medium of transport) distribution equipment. The transport-medium (medium of transport) distribution equipment is connected to a transport-medium (medium of transport) circulating equipment, and it contains the inlet for the transport-medium (medium of transport) of the transport-nozzles along with a space/room for impingement of the transport-medium i.e., medium of transport.

Abstract: Under a process or a device for rinsing/flushing of rope-formed textile product JET-processing Machines, the textile product in the form of an endless fabric rope is put in rotation through a Venturi-Nozzle in a vessel by means of a gaseous transport medium. The flushing/rinsing is done with the rinsing liquid brought on the fabric rope in the fabric rope movement direction before and/or in and/or after the nozzle. In the process, the rinsing liquid application per time-unit and/or the speed of the fabric rope rotation is controlled based on the product-specific data of the textile article and/or on machine-specific and/or process-specific data.

Abstract: In a process and a device i.e., an equipment, meant for uniform coating of a medium of treatment on a rope-material inside a closed chamber, the rope-material which is located inside a container and which is in the form of a (closed) loop is set in circular motion by means of a venturi-type nozzle, on which a gaseous transport medium impinges. In the process, the rope-material is exposed to a liquid medium of treatment which is stored in a separate chamber without coming in contact with the rope-material. The medium of treatment is coated on the running rope-material from this chamber. The coating of the rope-material is controlled in a time-dependent manner for a unit of time.
