  • Publication number: 20110175074
Abstract: A circuit arrangement comprises a first electronic component, which is an organic field-effect transistor. It comprises a source electrode (111), a drain electrode (112), a channel region (113) and a gate electrode (114). A second electronic component is electrically coupled to the first electronic component. A membrane (101) exhibits ion-conductivity between the channel region (113) and the gate electrode (114). The membrane also exhibits ion-conductivity in a section (121) of the membrane that is located between a first part of the second electronic component and a second part of the second electronic component.

  • Publication number: 20100032661
Abstract: An organic field-effect transistor includes between an organic semiconductor layer (203) and a gate electrode (204) a polymer membrane (205) having a ion-conducting spatial area (206) between a channel region and the gate electrode. Due to the ion-conducting spatial area (206) a distance between the gate electrode and the organic semiconductor layer can be longer than that in an organic field-effect transistor according to the prior art.

  • Patent number: 6277778
Abstract: According to the invention a new catalyst precursor is obtained, in which alkoxy or siloxy substitution in the 2-position of 5-membered ring of indenyl compound has been carried out. Thereby a metallocene compound is achieved, in which an oxygen atom is directly bonded to the 2-position of a pentahapto indenyl moiety. The catalyst precursors can be used as components for olefin polymerization catalysts.
