  • Patent number: 11951040
Abstract: An ophthalmic device including a cannula having a cannula distal end, a lumen, and one or more orifices coupled to the lumen is provided. The cannula is configured to deliver a fluid. A sleeve is disposed around the cannula and has a sleeve distal end. A handle is coupled to the sleeve and the cannula, the handle having an actuator. An internal mechanism is coupled to the actuator and is configured to pump the fluid. The internal mechanism includes an inlet port disposed on a handle proximal end, a drive member coupled to the actuator and a plunger coupled to the drive member. The ophthalmic device is configured to retain a volume of fluid and to be prevented from being re-primed after a predetermined number of actuator presses, wherein the retained volume of fluid is dispensed over an additional number of actuator pushes.

  • Patent number: 11899262
Abstract: Fiber management assemblies for telecommunications closures. The assembly includes a frame adapted to conform to the wall of a housing piece of a closure. A fiber management tray is pivotally coupled to the frame. The frame supports the tray and spaces the tray away from fiber optic connectors positioned in connector ports defined by the closure. In addition, the pivotability of the tray relative to the frame can provide access to the connectors and/or connector ports without disrupting fiber management on the tray itself.

  • Publication number: 20220373746
Abstract: A telecommunications closure includes a plurality of connector ports, and a plurality of dust caps for the connector ports wherein a lanyard connects one of the dust caps with one of the ports. The dust caps are mateable and demateable with each of the ports. The closure with the dust caps in place are sealed for outdoor use. All of the port bodies of the ports have the same general color. All of the dust caps have the same general color as the port bodies. The lanyards may have different colors from the port bodies and different colors from the dust cap. Some lanyards can match the color of the port bodies and/or the dust cap bodies. At least two lanyards may have different colors from each other. One or more identification areas can be provided on the lanyard for labeling, printing or marking indicia on the identification areas.
