  • Patent number: 10804637
Abstract: A connector-assembly includes a connector-housing and a primary-lock-reinforcement device. The connector-housing retains electrical-terminals within terminal-cavities defined by a terminal-tower disposed within the connector-housing. The electrical-terminals mate with one or more corresponding electrical-terminals along a mating-axis of the connector-assembly. The primary-lock-reinforcement device slideably engages the terminal-tower and is moveable from a shipping-position to a pre-stage-position. The primary-lock-reinforcement device has a base and a skirt. The primary-lock-reinforcement device has a post extending beyond an inner-surface of the skirt that engages a corresponding L-shaped slot defined by an outer-surface of the terminal-tower. The corresponding L-shaped slot has a first-leg and a second-leg. The first-leg defines a wall configured to inhibit a movement of the primary-lock-reinforcement device along the mating-axis.

  • Patent number: 10660235
Abstract: A fan (200) includes a housing (201) defining a duct (202). A spindle (203) can be concentrically located about a central axis within the duct. One or more fan blades (205,206,207) extending radially from the spindle toward a surface of the duct. Each fan blade is pivotable about a radial axis (208) between a closed position (400) where the each fan blade is in contact with each adjacent fan blade and an axially displaced open position (300) where the each fan blade is physically separated from the each adjacent fan blade. This prevents recirculation of air if a fan should fail.

  • Patent number: 10369211
Abstract: The present invention is based on the surprising finding that H5 protein of clade 1 H5N1 induces, in particular by a single-shot vaccination, a cross-clade protective immune response to influenza viruses with H5N1 HA. In one aspect, the invention is thus directed to H5 protein of clade 1 H5N1 virus for use in a method of treating or preventing infections with H5N1 virus of a different clade, namely of a clade different from clade 1 or from any clade with the exception of clade 1, respectively.
