Patent number: 9482340Abstract: Shift arrangement for a motor vehicle transmission. At least one gear stage can be engaged and disengaged by means of an associated shift clutch. A spindle which is aligned along a spindle axis, has a spindle thread and is rotatably mounted on a housing. A nut has a nut thread, which is in engagement with the spindle thread. A shift finger is formed on the nut. At least one shift rod is mounted movably on the housing and can be coupled to the shift clutch. Provided on the housing are a radial groove, in which the shift finger engages in an axial base position of the nut and within which the shift finger can be turned, and an axial guide, which axially adjoins the radial groove and in which the shift finger can engage in order to hold the nut in the circumferential direction, thus ensuring that said nut is moved axially in a first axial direction when the spindle is rotated.Type: GrantFiled: April 30, 2014Date of Patent: November 1, 2016Assignee: GETRAG Getriebe-und Zahnradfabrik Hermann Hagenmeyer GmbH & Cie KGInventor: Carsten Bünder

Patent number: 9435384Abstract: An actuator arrangement for a motor vehicle drive train which has at least one friction clutch for transmitting drive torque, in particular in the form of a starting clutch, as well as a gearbox having at least two gears, which can be engaged and disengaged by means of a shift clutch arrangement. The actuator arrangement comprises a hydraulic circuit that has a pump driven by means of an electric motor; a clutch hydraulic cylinder by means of which the friction clutch can be actuated; and a shift actuator device for actuating the shift clutch arrangement. The shift actuator device has a shift drum which is or can be coupled to the electric motor via a shift drum coupling device in a manner such that the shift drum can be set in rotation by means of the electric motor in order to actuate the shift clutch arrangement.Type: GrantFiled: August 13, 2014Date of Patent: September 6, 2016Assignee: GETRAG GETRIEBE—UND ZAHNRADFABRIK HERMANN HAGENMEYER GMBH & CIE KGInventors: Carsten Bünder, Stefan Rothvoss

Patent number: 7565850Abstract: In a motor vehicle with a clutch that is operable in an automated mode, parts (204) of the clutch-actuator and/or the control device of the actuator system are integrated in a carrier element (202) that is installed in an intermediate area between the clutch bell housing (203) and the transmission housing (201).Type: GrantFiled: October 12, 2001Date of Patent: July 28, 2009Assignee: LuK Lamellen und Kupplungsbau Beteiligungs KGInventors: Wolfgang Reik, Carsten Bünder, Robert Fischer

Patent number: 7093511Abstract: A power transmission for a motor vehicle. The transmission includes a plurality of transmission ratio steps defined by pairs of gear carried on parallel shafts, and final output mechanisms for engaging desired transmission ratio steps. The final output mechanisms are operable for controlling the engagement of respective transmission ratio steps to minimize tractive force interruption by allowing rapid gear changes to be effected to reduce the times between shifts of gears. By sensing accelerator pedal position and vehicle speed a new transmission ratio step to be subsequently engaged can be pre-selected while an engaged gear remains engaged.Type: GrantFiled: August 23, 2003Date of Patent: August 22, 2006Assignee: LuK Lamellen und Kupplungsbau Beteiligungs KGInventors: Viggo L.
