Patent number: 10962052Abstract: A guide rail, for use with a guide carriage having at least one row of rolling elements, extends along a longitudinal axis and has at least one running surface for the rolling elements, a separate heat sink, and a plurality of first through holes. The running surface is arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis. The heat sink extends along the longitudinal axis and lies against the guide rail. At least sections of the heat sink delimit a first and a second cooling channel that each extend along the longitudinal axis. The first through holes are distributed along the longitudinal axis and are configured to receive screw-bolts. The heat sink has a plurality of second through holes, each aligning with and continuing an associated first through hole. The first and second cooling channels are located on opposite sides of the plurality of second through holes.Type: GrantFiled: May 9, 2017Date of Patent: March 30, 2021Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventors: Gerd Spatschek, Michael Korbacher, Carsten Pfeuffer, Roland Greubel, Marius Feuerbach

Patent number: 8349102Abstract: A guide carriage for a linear roller bearing is supportable in a longitudinally displaceable manner via at least one row of rollers on a guide rail which extends in a longitudinal direction, a separate rolling surface part which includes a rolling surface for the rollers is assigned to each row of rollers, and the rolling surface part is connected via an adhesive layer to a carrier body. The adhesive layer is designed essentially planar on the back side of the rolling surface part which faces away from the rolling surface, the rolling surface part being accommodated in a recess—which has an L-shaped cross section—of the carrier body.Type: GrantFiled: March 7, 2012Date of Patent: January 8, 2013Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventors: Michael Klein, Richard Kuehnlein, Hans-H. Patent number: 8057099Abstract: A guide carriage for a linear roller bearing includes a main body, which may bear in a longitudinally movably manner and via at least a first and at least a second endlessly circulating roller row against a guide rail that extends in a longitudinal direction, a deflection assembly provided on an end face of the main body and including at least one curved inner deflection channel for the first roller row, and at least a second curved outer deflection channel for the second roller row, the inner deflection channel being located within the outer deflection channel, the deflection assembly includes an end cap, on the inner side of which—that faces the main body—an outer boundary surface of the outer deflection channel is provided, and at least one separate, one-pieced deflection piece inserted in the end cap, on which an inner boundary surface is provided that covers the entire outer deflection channel. An outer boundary surface is provided that covers the entire inner deflection channel on the deflection piece.Type: GrantFiled: October 23, 2008Date of Patent: November 15, 2011Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventors: Carsten Pfeuffer, Andreas Schupies, Stefan Dorn

Patent number: 7798717Abstract: A spacer for roller bodies, which are guided in a roller bearing and which have an axis of symmetry and have an axis of symmetry, defining a rolling axis, about which they roll in a revolution path of the roller bearing, includes two diametrically opposed, spaced-apart end parts, which are each located transversely to the direction of motion of the roller bodies and have contact faces for rolling faces of the roller bodies; two diametrically opposed, spaced-apart lateral parts, and each of the lateral parts connects the two end parts, has a platelike shape, with a flat side, extending transversely to the rolling axis of the roller bodies, for contact with the roller bodies, and short sides extending substantially in the direction of the rolling axis of the roller bodies, and is stiffened with regard to bending essentially orthogonally to the rolling axis of the roller bodies in such a way that in its motion along the revolution path, it essentially maintains its shape; and at least one rib, connecting the twoType: GrantFiled: November 28, 2007Date of Patent: September 21, 2010Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventors: Andreas Schupies, Stefan Dorn, Carsten Pfeuffer
