Abstract: Described are DNA molecules which can be transcribed into an mRNA harbouring novel UTR sequences combining the advantages of being extremely short and at the same time allowing for high translation efficiencies of RNA molecules containing them. Further, described are vectors comprising such a DNA molecule and to host cells comprising such a vector. Moreover, described are corresponding RNA molecules containing such UTRs. Further, described is a pharmaceutical composition comprising the described RNA molecule and optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier as well as to the use of the described UTRs for translating a coding region of an RNA molecule into a polypeptide or a protein encoded by said coding region.

Abstract: A method operates a domestic refrigeration appliance. A storage item which is to be arranged and/or is arranged in a refrigeration compartment of the domestic refrigeration appliance is detected in a detection step. In order to provide a method of the type in question having improved properties in terms of comfort, an acceptance storage atmosphere which differs from a target storage atmosphere for storing the storage item in the refrigeration compartment and in which storage of the storage item is still and/or already acceptable is determined in a determination step based on the storage item.

Abstract: The invention relates to a sensor (S), in particular for an electrical network of an electrically driven vehicle, in particular in an electric car. The sensor according to the invention comprises first of all a measuring device (ME) for current measurement and/or for voltage measurement in the electrical network, in particular with a low-resistance current sense resistor for current measurement according to the four-wire technique. Furthermore, the sensor (S) according to the invention comprises an integrated insulation monitoring device (ME, IQ, Rk, S3) for monitoring an electrical insulation of high-side and/or low-side of the electrical network. The sensor (S) according to the invention is characterized by the fact that the insulation monitoring device (ME, IQ, Rk, S3) operates actively and impresses measurement pulses into the electrical network for insulation monitoring.

Abstract: A domestic refrigerator has a refrigeration compartment and a container which can be accommodated in the refrigeration compartment and has a lower part for receiving products to be refrigerated and a cover that can cover the lower part. The container has an air inlet opening and an air outlet opening that is at a distance from the air inlet opening. The domestic refrigerator also has a controllable air flow adjustment device and is configured to vary a volume flow rate of an air flow, which enters the container from the refrigeration compartment through the air inlet opening, between at least two values by adjusting an adjustment parameter of the air flow adjustment device. Furthermore, a method ventilates the container which is accommodated in the refrigeration compartment and has the air inlet opening and the air outlet opening.

Abstract: A refrigeration appliance with multiple storage compartments has a refrigerant circuit with a first expansion valve, a first heat exchanger, a second expansion valve, and a second heat exchanger connected in series between pressure and suction connections of a compressor. Each heat exchanger is associated with at least one storage compartment in order to control its temperature. A control unit controls the compressor rotational speed and positions of the expansion valves. The control unit has a continuously linear regulator for each storage compartment with a P-component for estimating a required temperature control output using a difference between actual and target temperatures. A model computing unit ascertains a target evaporation temperature for a first storage compartment controlled by the first heat exchanger, and for a second storage compartment controlled by the second heat exchanger.

The control circuit is configured to maintain a higher storage temperature in the third storage chamber than in the second storage chamber. Abstract: The invention relates to a device and a method for insulation monitoring including identification of a faulty outer conductor in a three-phase ungrounded power supply system. The fundamental idea of the present invention rests upon determining the phase angle between the measured mains voltage and the measured neutral-point voltage when presuming only one measurement of the mains voltage to ground at one of the outer conductors and one measurement of the neutral-point voltage to ground. The value of the thus determined phase angle is in one of three angle ranges which each extend over 120 degrees and are to be assigned to one of the three outer conductors so that the faulty outer conductor is determined. The faulty outer conductor is thus detected by measuring only one mains voltage in conjunction with the measurement of the neutral-point voltage by evaluating the phase between the two measured voltage.
