Abstract: Certain exemplary embodiments of the present invention provide a method for creating an electronic form for use in healthcare management. The method can comprise initiating generation of at least one display image supporting a user in: selecting a template form from a repository of template forms; modifying said selected template form by linking a user selected object from a predetermined list of objects with a user selected data field of said selected template form, objects in said predetermined list being associated with at least one of, (a) a particular role of a healthcare worker and (b) a particular activity being performed in providing healthcare to a patient, said selected object being usable in determining a query to be used in soliciting data for entry in said user selected data field; and associating a name with said modified form. The method can also comprise storing said modified form in response to user command.

Abstract: A software development planning and management system includes at least one repository of information associating, sub-tasks of an encompassing software development task to be completed and a timeline of sub-task completion, programmer personnel resources, software development requirements and software defects. A user interface uses the repository in providing data representing at least one display image indicating status of sub-task completion, including status of sub-task software generation and test. A resource processor also uses the repository in determining programmer personnel resources required for completion of a plurality of sub-tasks.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided to facilitate an exchange of information associated with a patient's medical care. According to one embodiment, medical care information is exchanged with a medical care information device, such as the LANTIS® Oncology Management System. Patient information is then exchanged with a remote patient device via a communication network, the patient information being associated with the medical care information. For example, the patient may exchange scheduling information, journal information, information associated with another patient or a support group, educational information, and/or medical instructions via a Web site.
