A triggering connection is present between the dispenser and the waste receptacle. The triggering connection is suitable to trigger in response to a dispensing action an encouraging action of the waste receptacle to encourage use of the waste receptacle.

Abstract: A center-feed roll unit for dispensing a web, especially a web of paper or nonwoven material, is disclosed. The center-feed roll has an inner center hole and a minimum inner diameter Dmin defined before a first use of the center-feed roll. A length L of the center-feed roll in a longitudinal direction is perpendicular to the minimum inner diameter Dmin, and the enter-feed roll includes a first end and a second dispensing element. The center-feed roll unit includes an untwisting insert element provided in the center hole. The insert element is elongate and extends from the first end of the center-feed roll essentially along the longitudinal direction, and has an extension x in the longitudinal direction of 0.5·L<x<1.5·L.

Abstract: A dispensing system includes a holder adapted to hold the package of wipes. The holder has a front portion, a rear portion and side portions connecting the front and rear portions, and the package has a front wall with a dispensing opening, a rear wall opposite the front wall, two opposing side walls and two opposing end walls. The front portion of the holder includes first and second holder parts extending in a length direction of the holder and is spaced apart in a width direction of the holder with a gap between the holder parts. The holder parts are resiliently movable between a holding position and a loading position, and the gap is smaller in the holding position than in the loading position. The rear portion of the holder and the rear wall of the package include mating fasteners for attaching the package to the holder.

Abstract: A continuous roll wipe material dispenser includes an upper module containing elements for mounting a rotatable roll of clean wipe material within the upper module and a lower module containing elements for receiving used wipe material within the lower module. The upper module is vertically spaced from the lower module thereby exposing between the modules a length of wipe material extending from the clean wipe material roll. The dispenser has a sensor element for detecting a user's hand approaching the exposed wipe material. A first driving element operates in response to the sensor element for dispensing a predetermined length of clean wipe material from the upper module. A second driving element operates in response to the dispensing of wipe material, in order to take up a predetermined length of used wipe material from between the modules each time a length of clean wipe material has been dispensed.
