Also disclosed is a universal flush valve actuator kit comprising at least one float, at least one flush valve seat disc, and a plurality of linking arms that are variously attachable to differently configured toilet flush valves.

Abstract: A soap dispenser assembly having a manually operated pump with a suction and a discharge, a dispensing spout, and a flexible conduit providing fluid communication between the assembly and a container or reservoir for liquid soap that is not supported by the dispenser and is instead supported by a substrate disposed below the countertop, sink or lavatory. A check valve is optionally provided.

Abstract: A stopper assembly installable inside an existing drain without tools, the stopper assembly having a base, a spring assembly, a traveler and a plurality of sealing rings. At least one sealing ring is desirably disposed around a lower portion of the base and frictionally engages an inside wall of the existing drain. Another sealing ring is desirably disposed around the traveler and frictionally engages an inside wall of the base when the traveler is disposed in the closed position relative to the base.

Abstract: A spout for producing a sheet of liquid is provided. The spout includes a planar top housing having sides that, along with the bottom housing, define the cavity inside the spout. The spout includes a fixture support in the proximal end of the spout to easily connect an existing fixture that discharges a liquid. The top housing includes a baffle wall for deflecting an introduced liquid. The bottom housing includes a barrier wall that has an aperture for the introduction of liquid into the spout. The bottom housing also includes a receiving area for the collection of introduced liquid and a weir that forms the distal end of the receiving area. A guide extends from the weir and is angled in the same direction with the inside surface of the distal end of the top housing to create an opening for the expulsion of liquid that rises above the weir.

Abstract: A decorative windmill having a solar energy system for powering an electrical subsystem is disclosed. The electrical subsystem may include lighting elements for illuminating the windmill and the area around the windmill in a decorative and functional manner.

Abstract: A collapsible bird feeder having a tubular lower chamber with feed ports near the bottom of the lower chamber and side walls extending from the top of the lower chamber to the bottom of the lower chamber is disclosed. A lip extends inwardly from the side walls near the top of the lower chamber. A tubular upper chamber has feed ports near the lower end of the upper chamber and side walls extending from the top of the upper chamber to the bottom of the upper chamber. A lip extends outwardly from the side walls of the upper chamber near the bottom of the upper chamber. A fill tube extends from the top of the upper chamber through the bottom of the upper chamber to allow material to pass from near the top of the upper chamber into the lower chamber. The lower chamber has an inner perimeter and the upper chamber has an outer perimeter.

A retaining means retains the at least one insert relative to the at least one pane, and at least one electrically powered light source emits light that passes through the translucent portions of the at least one pane and of the at least one insert. A rechargeable electrical power source provides electrical power to the light source, and a solar-energy system recharges the electrical power source.
