    Abstract: The disclosure relates to the inherently selective mixed oxide deposition of a dielectric film on non-metallic substrates without concomitant growth on metallic substrates using a sequence of exposure to metal alkyl, heteroatom silacyclic compound, and water. The resulting films show much higher growth rates than corresponding metal oxide and inherent selectivity towards non-metallic surfaces. Films as thick as 14 nm can be grown on dielectric substrates such as thermal oxide and silicon nitride without any growth observed on metallic films such as copper and without the use of an inhibitor. Such dielectric-on-dielectric (DoD) growth is a critical element of many proposed fabrication schemes for future semiconductor device fabrication such as fully self-aligned vias.

    Abstract: The invention relates to COnditional Bispecific Redirected Activation constructs, or COBRAs, that are administered in an active pro-drug format. Upon exposure to tumor proteases, the constructs are cleaved and activated, such that they can bind one or more tumor target antigens (TTAs) as well as CD3, thus recruiting T cells expressing CD3 to the tumor, resulting in treatment. In some embodiments, the tumor target antigen includes B7H3, CA9 (CAIX), EGFR, EpCAM, FOLR1, HER2, LyPD3, and/or Trop2.

    Abstract: A product flow splitter is used to distribute agricultural product from a distribution line to a primary hopper and a secondary hopper. The splitter has an inlet segment, a primary outlet segment, and a secondary outlet segment. The inlet segment receives the agricultural product from the distribution line, the primary outlet segment outputs the agricultural product to the primary hopper, and the secondary outlet segment outputs the agricultural product to the secondary hopper. The primary outlet segment is aligned with the inlet segment along a common axis and the secondary outlet segment is curved to avoid plugging of the agricultural product in the product flow splitter. The primary outlet segment is positioned relative to the primary hopper so that an outlet of the primary outlet segment in the primary hopper is offset from an outlet of the primary hopper to a meter system to solve an overfilled situation.

The insulated container may include a frame surrounding a payload space, the frame including a door providing access to the payload space. The shipping system may additionally include a door brace assembly. The door brace assembly may be mounted within the payload space just inside the door and may include a door plug configured to substantially close the payload space. The door brace assembly may additionally include a door brace mounted within the door plug. The door brace may be transformable between a retracted state and an expanded state. When in its retracted state, the door brace assembly may be loaded into or removed from the insulated container. When in its expanded state, the door brace assembly engages the four corners of the frame just inside the door to keep the frame square.
