    Abstract: A ball screw comprises a screw, a nut, two return assemblies and a rolling assembly. The two return assemblies are disposed in two ends of the nut, and each of the return assemblies is defined with a return passage provided with two guiding grooves at two sides thereof for guiding the linking portions of the rolling assembly. The guiding grooves twist an angle of about 90 degrees within the return portion of each of the return assemblies to prevent the linking portions from being stretched or extruded improperly to reduce the deformation to the lowest, thus effectively extending the service life of the rolling assembly.

Said second rolling groove and said first rolling groove together form a rolling space. Said counter-bore holes on one semi-ring member being respectively connected to said threaded holes on another semi-ring member. Fasteners are arranged within said counter-bore and threaded holes to attach said semi-ring members. Therefore, the assembly of the bearing requires only two identical semi-ring members, and as the two semi-ring members are of an identical structure, the structure of the rolling bearing is symmetrical.

The nut is provided with nut helical grooves opposite to the screw helical grooves. The balls are disposed between the helical grooves of the screw and the nut. Each circulating cap is provided with a circulating groove having an opening at both ends thereof and a guiding portion between the two openings. The circulating caps are connected to two points of one screw helical groove by two openings thereof while the guiding portion thereof crosses over the other screw helical groove. By repeating this cooperation method, a multi-cycle ball screw can be formed.
