    Abstract: A thin film transistor includes a bottom gate, a semiconductor layer, a top gate, a first auxiliary conductive pattern, a source, and a drain. The semiconductor layer includes a first semiconductor region, a second semiconductor region, a first heavily doped region, a second heavily doped region, a third heavily doped region, a first lightly doped region, a second lightly doped region, and a third lightly doped region. The first heavily doped region and the second heavily doped region are respectively located on two sides of the first semiconductor region. Two ends of the second semiconductor region are directly connected to the third heavily doped region and the third lightly doped region, respectively. The top gate is electrically connected to the bottom gate. The source and the drain are respectively electrically connected to the third heavily doped region and the second heavily doped region of the semiconductor layer.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a sleeve mounted to an end or both ends of a shaft of the drum pedal. A T shaped screw cap runs through the sleeve and joins to a threaded rod, which in turn is connected to an end of an elastic element. The other end of the elastic element is hooked to the lower end of a column. The screw cap allows convenient and easy adjustment to the length of the elastic element and, therefore, the force of exertion when pressing down the pedal board. The drummer may fine-tune the drum pedal any time during the performance to suit his/her desire and for the best performance.

Either one of the constructions of the drum head provides the drum head with an independent and resiliently deformable local surface whereby when the drum is struck, the air contained inside the drum is pressurized to cause the vibration of the independent local surface, effectively increasing the vibration amplitude of the local surface on the drum head and thus extending the sound of the drum to a lower level.

    Abstract: The telescopic support device contains a number of tubular segments cascaded together by a number of intermediate segments. Each tubular segment has an outward bulge formed along a top aperture. A flat and rigid spacer is positioned in the bulge. Each intermediate segment has a cylindrical body with a C-shaped cross section and a socket besides a top aperture of the body. A curved plastic piece is positioned between the socket and the body of the intermediate segment. When each intermediate segment has its body threaded into a tubular segment, and another tubular segment is threaded into the intermediate segment, a bolt could be screwed through the socket, the bulge, and then against the spacer. The spacer in turn pushes the plastic piece so as to lock the inner tubular segment.

The structure has a rotating elbow seat located at the bottom of a supporting rod for the cymbal, characterized in that the external side of the connector at the bottom end of the supporting rod is protruded with a pivotal lug seat having an arch-shaped plate having a guided sliding hole allowing the insertion of the supporting rod for deviated sliding adjustment, and a screw nut is used to mount the cymbal onto the supporting rod. The structure allows the cymbal to be adjusted at any angle as required by the drummer.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a metal plug. The method includes the steps of providing a substrate having an insulation layer thereon, and then forming an opening in the insulation layer. Next, a conformal barrier layer is formed over the insulation layer and the sidewalls of the opening, and then metal is deposited to fill the opening and cover the barrier layer. Thereafter, the metallic layer above the barrier layer is etched back so that a metal plug is formed inside the opening. Finally, a chemical-mechanical polishing operation is carried out using the insulation layer as a polishing stop. A low polishing speed is used in the polishing operation so that a highly planar metal plug surface is obtained.

A titanium nitride (TiN) layer is formed on the Ti layer to act as a barrier layer. A tungsten (W) layer is deposited by using chemical vapor deposition. The tungsten layer is etched back to form a tungsten plug. While the wafer is still in the etching chamber, an in situ plans sputtering is performed to remove any fluorine contamination.
