  • Patent number: 11931960
Abstract: An illumination module includes a light emitting unit, an optical lens with positive refractive power, and a concave mirror. At least one of an object-side surface and an image-side surface of the optical lens is an asymmetrical surface, and the light emitting unit is provided at an object side of the optical lens. The concave mirror is provided at an image side of the optical lens, and the concave mirror acts as an optical path folding element. Light emitted by the light emitting unit passes through the optical lens and is reflected by the concave mirror to be a parallel light ray.

  • Publication number: 20150104775
Abstract: A celestial globe model includes several petal-shaped sheets and two circular sheets fabricated from transparent and flexible material. Each petal-shaped sheet has two opposite end portions respectively defining a notch and two long curved edges interconnected with corresponding long curved edges of an adjacent petal-shaped sheet to form a sphere like body with a circular opening confined by the notches. The inner surface of the sphere like body is formed with the first celestial coordinate pattern. The circular sheets are connected sealing to the peripheries of the notches of the petal-shaped sheets to form the sphere like body once inflated. Each circular sheet has an inner surface formed with the second celestial coordinate pattern. An inflate valve is mounted on one of the circular sheets for inflating and deflating the sphere-like body.

  • Patent number: 6071826
Abstract: A method for forming a CMOS image sensor spacer structure. A polysilicon gate electrode is formed on a substrate; a thin layer of first dielectric is deposited over the exposed surfaces of the gate electrode and the top of the substrate. Next a second layer of dielectric is deposited after which etching is performed to create the electrode spacer. The deposited second layer of dielectric serves as an etch stop and prevents damage to the substrate surface between spacers of the gate electrodes. An alternate method uses a thin ply layer as the stop layer and, in so doing, source/drain damage caused by the white pixel problem.
