Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting claudin 18 isoform 2 (CLDN18.2), an active metabolite of the ADC, a method of producing the ADC, use of the ADC for the treatment and/or prevention of diseases, and use of the ADC for producing a drug for the treatment and/or prevention of diseases, more specifically hyperproliferative and/or angiogenic diseases, for example, cancer, and more particularly, to an antibody-drug conjugate including a novel antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds to CLDN18.2, and a pharmaceutical composition including the same.

Abstract: A server according to an embodiment includes a processor configured to receive a friend add request for a target account from a user terminal accessed with a user account; based on one of the user account and the target account being a protected account, transmit an approval request for the friend add request to a protector account connected to the protected account; and based on receiving a reply to the approval request from the protector terminal, add the target account to a friend list of the user account.

Abstract: A system of managing health comprises a medical terminal, a cellular phone, a satellite, and a medical server. The medical terminal measures health condition of a patient, and generates a measure signal having information concerning the measure result. The cellular phone generates a health information signal having information concerning health condition of the patient by using the measure signal. The satellite is connected to the cellular phone, thereby detecting in real time location of the cellular phone, and generates location information concerning the detection result. The medical server analyzes the health information signal to determine whether or not the health of the patient is normal, and manages health of the patient by using the location information and the analysis result. The system detects location of the patient by the satellite, and thus may send first-aid to the patient when the health of the patient is not normal.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for measuring a three-dimensional shape of an object using a projection moiré device. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a grid pattern image projected on a reference plane of a moving table and applying a buckets algorithm thereto, thereby achieving a reference phase, obtaining a grid pattern image projected on the object set on the moving table and applying a buckets algorithm thereto, thereby achieving an object phase, calculating a difference phase between the object phase and the reference phase, thereby achieving a moiré phase, and unwrapping the moiré phase, thereby achieving a level information of the object. The apparatus and method measure the three-dimensional shape using a projection grid without a reference grid, thereby achieving compactness of equipment, simplicity in usage and manufacturing cost reduction.
