The first and second rotatable modules are both rotatably assembled between the rotatable bracket and the base member. The second rotatable module is positioned opposite to the first rotatable module. The first and second rotatable modules are spaced by a predetermined distance, and rotate along a same direction relative to the base member. The third rotatable module is positioned between the first and second rotatable modules, and rotatably follows the first and second rotatable modules.
