The processor extracts the image signal, the regional audio signals, and the audio enhancement signal from the multimedia signal and controls the screen to display the image signal. The amplifier circuit adjusts the regional audio signals in response to the audio enhancement signal and provides the adjusted regional audio signals to the loudspeakers.

After the MEMS element is formed, removing the first sacrificial oxide layer and second sacrificial oxide layer to allow the MEMS element to move freely about an axis.
