    Abstract: Provided are an electrode assembly, a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical device. The electrode assembly includes first electrode plates and a second electrode plate that are of opposite polarities. The second electrode plate and two first electrode plates are stacked and wound to form the electrode assembly. The second electrode plate is located between the two first electrode plates. Each of the first electrode plates includes a first composite current collector and a first active material layer. The first active material layer is disposed on a surface that is of the first composite current collector and that is oriented back from the second electrode plate. The first composite current collector is configured to dielectrically isolate the first active material layer from the second electrode plate and allow passage of ions transmitted between the first active material layer and the second electrode plate.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a preparation method for a microneedle patch. Specifically, the present invention provides a preparation method for a microneedle patch, and the method comprises steps: (1) milling a base into a master mold of the microneedle patch; (2) conducting surface treatment on the master mold, to obtain the treated master mold; (3) conducting reverse molding on a surface of the treated master mold, conducting deaeration, curing, and demolding, to obtain the cured daughter mold; and (4) casting the modification solution on the surface of the daughter mold, and then conducting deaeration, drying and curing, to obtain the microneedle patch. The method for preparing the microneedle patch in the present invention can greatly reduce the milling difficulty, and save the milling cost and time. The microneedle molds with different aspect ratios, areas and shapes can also be prepared as required, following with reverse molding to diverse microneedle patches.

    Abstract: An enzymatic method for selective catalytic preparation of 4-octyl itaconate is provided, which belongs to the fields of biochemical engineering and enzymatic catalysis. The method uses a lipase or an enzyme preparation with a catalytic triplet structure (Ser-His-Asp or Ser-His-Gly) as a catalyst, itaconic acid and n-octanol or n-octanol-derived ester as raw materials to selectively catalyze the synthesis of 4-octyl itaconate in a solvent system or a solvent-free system. Compared with chemical synthesis routes of 4-octyl itaconate, the present method has the advantages of green, safety, and environmental protection. The obtained 4-octyl itaconate is one of the new small molecule compounds with anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties.

    Abstract: A method for preparing functional edible oil rich in phytosterol esters and diglycerides includes steps of: 1) adding phytosterol, triglyceride and a molecular sieve into a reactor, wherein a ratio of the phytosterol and the triglyceride is 1:2-1:6, a molecular sieve amount is 50 g/L; heating to 45-60° C., stirring and ultrasonically treating for 30-60 min; 2) adding 5-20g/L lipase, 100-200 ppm antioxidant, stirring and reacting for 8-12 h with a temperature of 45-60° C. and an atmospheric pressure, stopping heating and naturally cooling to a room temperature; and 3) after reaction, removing the lipase and the molecular sieve by centrifugation, for obtaining the functional edible oil rich in the phytosterol esters and the diglycerides. Products of the present invention do not need separation and purification, and operation is simple.

The mesoporous silica-based xerogel material has tunable mesopores (1-50 nm), high specific surface area (100-1400 m2/g), macroscopical morphology (powder, film, disc, column, etc.) and adjustable compositions (SiO2, CaO and P2O5, etc.) as well as good biodegradation. The mesoporous silica-based xerogels herein effectively promote the blood clotting under various conditions including slow and severe hemorrhage, even at the blood oozing site of bone defect. Meanwhile, the networks of silica-based xerogel with good elastic and mechanic properties, formed by adsorbing a large amount of water, can modulate the cell behavior and tissue growth, and thus promote the wound healing. Additionally, due to the mesoporous structure, the materials have the potential to load drug, thrombin and bioactive factors, which is favorable for the therapeutical efficacy.

    Abstract: An electrophoretic system having a plurality of separation lanes is provided with an automatic calibration feature in which each lane is separately calibrated. For each lane, the calibration coefficients map a spectrum of received channel intensities onto values reflective of the relative likelihood of each of a plurality of dyes being present. Individual peaks, reflective of the influence of a single dye, are isolated from among the various sets of detected light intensity spectra, and these can be used to both detect the number of dye components present, and also to establish exemplary vectors for the calibration coefficients which may then be clustered and further processed to arrive at a calibration matrix for the system. The system thus permits one to use different dye sets to tag DNA nucleotides in samples which migrate in separate lanes, and also allows for in-situ calibration with new, previously unused dye sets.

    Abstract: An automated capillary zone electrophoretic system is disclosed. The system employs a capillary cartridge having a plurality of capillary tubes. The cartridge has a first array of capillary ends projecting from one side of a plate. The first array of capillary ends is spaced apart in substantially the same manner as the wells of a microtitre tray of standard size. This allows one to simultaneously perform capillary electrophoresis on samples present in each of the wells of the tray. The system includes a stacked, dual carrousel arrangement to eliminate cross-contamination resulting from reuse of the same buffer tray on consecutive executions from electrophoresis. The system also has a container connected to the detection end of the capillaries. The container is provided with valving which facilitate cleaning the capillaries, loading buffer into the capillaries, introducing samples to be electrophoresced into the capillaries, and performing capillary zone electrophoresis on the thus introduced samples.
