  • Publication number: 20120097274
Abstract: The present invention provides a vibration reducing device for pump cover body of water shut-off diaphragm pump comprising a hood cover mount and a pump cover body with a containing pit, which orderly accommodates a plastic elastic membrane disk, an obstructing baffle and a compressed spring therein. The plastic elastic membrane disk includes a downward central flow directing buffer, which can insert into a flow directing compartment in the containing pit when the hood cover mount docks with the pump cover body. The flow directing buffer can not only absorb the direct impacting momentum of pumped high pressurized water to the surrounding internal wall of the flow directing compartment but also redirect the random impacting direction of the high pressurized water. Thus, the vibration of the pump cover body with annoying noise created by the impacting momentum of the high pressurized water is deleted.

  • Patent number: 7762791
Abstract: In a piston valve in a compressing pump, a discharge base formed in the center of the piston valve has a planar shape having discharge spouts formed corresponding with each inlet slots. A 3-bladed anti-backflow plastic gasket covers the top of the discharge base such that each blade can block corresponding discharge spouts. As wobble wheels of the compressing pump push the diaphragm in turns, the water flow from each said inlet slot at each area will continuously run into each discharge spout at each area in said discharge base in turn so that each blade of the gasket moves up and down in turn as well, to achieve an open-and-shut effect of the discharge spouts. Therefore, drawbacks of leakage, pressure loss, or failure can be prevented, and the serving life of the gasket can be prolonged, improving the compressing and discharging efficiency of the pump.

  • Publication number: 20100068082
Abstract: The present invention provides a leakage-proof contrivance for upper hood of diaphragm pump by modifying the vertical wall of the lower tiered brim in the tiered cavity of the conventional pump upper hood into a sloped wall. Thereby, when stacked assembly of sealing collar gasket, piston valve and diaphragm is inset into the tiered cavity of the pump upper hood in closely attachment manner, the sealing collar gasket will be slantwise squeezed and vertically deformed to produce normal outwards stress in both upwards and downwards manners. Thus, the sealing collar gasket can respectively inset in the pump upper hood and piston valve in much more closely attachment manner to block and prevent the pressurized water from leaking out of the diaphragm pump.
