  • Patent number: 4666184
Abstract: A transporter for carrying an assembly of left and right snow skis is provided for carrying the skis when they are placed together with the ski bottoms abutting. The apparatus includes a pair of spaced part wheel carriages, positioned during transportation on respective opposite sides of the skis, each carriage holding an axle and a rotatably mounted wheel thereon. A flexible strap secures the wheel carriages to the skis. When the skis are removed, the carriages can collapse with respect to each other, thus collapsing the wheel base for easy storage, for example, in the user's pocket.
