  • Publication number: 20240170581
Abstract: An integrated circuit structure includes a sub-fin having at least a first portion that is doped with a first type of dopant, and a second portion that is doped with a second type of dopant. A PN junction is between the first and second portions of the sub-fin. The first type of dopant is one of a p-type or an n-type dopant, and the second type of dopant is the other of the p-type or the n-type dopant. A first contact and a second contact comprise conductive material. In an example, the first contact and the second contact are respectively in contact with the first portion and the second portion of the sub-fin. A diode is formed based on the PN junction between the first and second portions, where the first contact is an anode contact of the diode, and the second contact is a cathode contact of the diode.

  • Patent number: 11980768
Abstract: An example of subject may deliver a therapy by delivering energy to tissue. The system may comprise a magnetic field system and an electric field system. The magnetic field system may be configured to provide a magnetic field in a first direction to the tissue. The magnetic field system may include at least one magnetic field source to produce the magnetic field. The magnetic field produced by the at least one magnetic field source may include a magnetic field produced by at least one of a permanent magnet, a temporary magnet or electric current flow through a conductor. The electric field system may be configured to provide an electric field in a second direction to the tissue. The electric field system may include at least one electric field source to provide the electric field and the second direction is non-parallel to the first direction.

  • Publication number: 20240150375
Abstract: Described herein are macrocyclic compounds of Formula (I), which can inhibit kinases such as EGFR, including mutant forms such as T790M EGFR mutants. Also described herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of Formula (I), or any pharmaceutically acceptable form thereof, processes for their preparation, and use in therapy for the prevention or treatment of cancer. In particular, compounds described herein can be effective for treating EGFR-driven cancers including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

  • Patent number: 6813969
Abstract: A ball nut and return liner assembly includes a ball nut having a tubular body having a longitudinal axis, the tubular body having an inner surface and an outer surface, a plurality of arcuate grooves defined on the inner surface. A longitudinal slot is defined on the inner surface parallel to the longitudinal axis, interrupting the plurality of arcuate grooves, and forming a pocket for receiving the return liner, the longitudinal slot having first curved walls. The return liner is provided with a first surface having a plurality of S-shaped return grooves extending from the first side to the second side to cooperate with the plurality of arcuate grooves in the ball nut. The return liner is further provided with a second surface for fitting within the longitudinal slot within the ball nut, the second surface having second curved walls.

  • Patent number: 5304048
Abstract: A scissor-action piston rotary engine. The engine comprises a cylinder with a pair of rotors which are supported by a mutual main shaft and rotatably housed inside the cylinder. Each of the rotors has a pair of diametrically opposed sector shape pistons with the pistons diametrically intermediately arrayed to form a circular piston-space-piston arrangement. Two pairs of planet gears each with eccentric pins and cranks are linked to the rotors through planet gear housings. Two sun gears with the gear ratio of 2:1 are drivingly engaged to the planet gears. Two pairs of torque transmission arms which are axially offset and diametrically apart by 90.degree. are mounted on the main shaft. Four distributive arms are provided to link the eccentric pins with the torque transmission arms.

  • Patent number: 4420790
Abstract: A semiconductor capacitance transducer includes adjoining integrated sensor and reference capacitance transducers formed from silicon wafers. The transducers are parallel plate transducers which are structurally the same except that one plate of the sensor transducer is a thin force sensing diaphragm which deflects in response to selected environmental phenomena while the corresponding plate of the reference transducer is adapted to deform in response to some, but not all, of the selected environmental phenomena. By comparing the capacitance of the transducers, the effects of the phenomena which deform the reference transducer can be distinguished from the effects of the phenomena which do not deform the reference transducer. A particular application of the present invention allows thermal effects on the sensor transducer to be distinguished from the effects of pressure.
