Abstract: An emergency slide system to provide an evacuation of a high-rise building comprises a plurality of slide assemblies configured for movement from a first stowed position to a second deployed position. Each of the plurality of slide assemblies are built into a wall adjacent each of the flights of stairs disposed in the stairwell of the building. Each of the plurality of slide assemblies is disposed in a storage enclosure built into the wall adjacent each of the flights of stairs disposed generally parallel to the flights of stairs designed to zig zag down from an upper floor of the building to a lower floor. Each of the slide assemblies is constructed of an elongated escape chute to enable a person exiting the building to slide down a plurality of the elongated escape chutes between the upper and lower floors disposed in the stairwell of the high-rise building.

Abstract: A table tennis scoring system for the monitoring and recording the score of the table tennis game includes a scoring display unit mounted to a table tennis table to keep track of the scores of two sides of the game. First and second table sensors are mounted to the table, and a net sensor is mounted to a net. The first and second table sensors and the net sensor are connected to the scoring display unit to relay detections by the sensors to the scoring display unit. A first game control device is secured to a first baseline of the table, the game control device is connected to the scoring display unit for controlling the display unit's functionality. The scoring display unit has a first numerical display facing a first baseline on one side and a second numerical display facing a second baseline.

Abstract: A system and method for an automobile cooling system to alleviate high temperatures within a vehicle. The system includes a temperature sensor, which signals a control center when a preset temperature has been reached within the vehicle and an occupant sensor which signals the control center when an occupant is detected within the vehicle. Further, a fan system to circulate air within the vehicle, a window operating system for opening one or more of the vehicle's windows, an alert signal system for emitting an alert, and a signal initiating system to contact emergency personnel or subscribers to an automobile cooling system program when a preset temperature has been reached within the vehicle. Finally, the control center adapted to send signals to the fan system, the window operating system, the alert signal system, and the signal initiating system when the preset temperature has been reached within the vehicle.

Abstract: A web based interactive multimedia platform that provides web based commercial activity is provided. The web based interactive multimedia platform includes a core structure and one or more modules installed on top of the core structure and interconnected to each other and the core structure via a common interface. The core structure facilitates the playing of video within the platform on a web browser page, and the displaying other media within the platform on a web browser page platform. The core structure is to be embedded within the code base of a web browser having built-in multimedia processes. The one or more modules provide additional functionality, interactivity, and/or shoppability to enhance user shopping experience.
