    Abstract: An apparatus for supporting and dispensing a pipe roll. The apparatus includes a frame that has opposite one and other frame ends; a first pair of rollers that are spacedly disposed and mounted at the one end of the frame; and a second pair of rollers that are spacedly disposed and mounted at the other end of the frame. The second pair of rollers are disposed in spaced relationship to the first pair of rollers. The first and second pairs of rollers all extend substantially in parallel to each other and define a circular locus with corresponding support points for the pipe roll. A free standing spool support structure is also disclosed.
